Shipping Policy
We will package and ship the gown to you in the timeliest manner available. We charge a flat rate shipping, which includes signature required status and insurance. It is essential to ensure your address is correct at check out, because we will NOT ship to another location. We will ship the gown either folded or rolled, whichever is safest for the gown. A gown bag is not guaranteed to be included in the sale.
Refund Policy
We are a "AS-IS" Boutique. Meaning gowns are inspected and priced according to their value. Damages are listed and gowns are "As-Per-Described." As a result, we do NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure the measurements match and the gown is to your liking, prior to purchasing. If the box is damaged in transit, you will have to submit a claim with the shipping provider for a refund... proof of carrier damage will be required by law.
